Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Kalki Moda, we’re committed to delivering your fashion finds quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


3. Delivery Timeline

Shipping Type Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery 4–7 business days
Express Delivery* 2–4 business days

Express Delivery may be available for select pin codes at an additional cost.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or festivals.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold or for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email/SMS. You can also track your order anytime from the My Orders section of your account.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.


7. Order Packaging

All products are packed securely in tamper-proof, hygienic packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Email us at support@kalkimoda.com within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the package/product

We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select locations and may include an additional handling fee. The maximum COD order limit is ₹5,000.
