Return Policy

• Return Window: Customers must initiate the return process within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Eligibility:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted for return.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@kalkimoda.com within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Include:

   • Your order number

   • Reason for return

   • Clear photographs of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

Refund Policy

• Refund Type: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 days.

• Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Option

If any replacement/exchange is accepted ,it will be delivered within 7-8 days.
